Dahlia Tuber Policy

Our dahlia tubers are grown, dug, divided, and stored by our family. You will be receiving one single tuber, not a clump. They'll be healthy and viable tubers. Thank you for supporting us!

What to Expect

Each tuber you receive will have at least one visible eye. Note: Tubers may vary in size, shape, and appearance but this is completely normal and does not affect performance.

Shipping & Timing

We will ship tubers in early May. Once packages leave our farm, you will get a notification. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information.

Local pickup is available each year.

Shipping Rates

1–5 tubers: $12
6–15 tubers: $20
16+ tubers: $25

We are only shipping to the lower 48 states. We're unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally as we’re a very small family-run farm still building out our shipping capabilities.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges. If for some reason the color of the dahlia is incorrect when it blooms, we will work with you to exchange for a new one or something similar.

Issues with Your Order

If your tuber arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We want you to be happy!

Growing Conditions

We cannot guarantee performance once tubers are planted. Growth depends on many factors outside our control, including soil, weather, pests, and care practices.

A Kind Note

We are a small, family-run farm (packing orders with kids nearby 😊). We do our best and we ask that all communication be kind and respectful. We're always here to help and want you to have a great experience growing our flowers.
